Dr.D.Mahesh completed his Doctoral Studies in Commerce at Bharathiar University,Coimbatore under the University Fellowship Scheme. A Post graduate in Management & Banking from Bharathiar University and he is also completed his Master's in Engineering in Information Technology from VMKV Engineering College and received University First Rank & Gold Medal. He submitted his thesis in the Computer Science & Engineering at Sri Satya Sai University of Technology & Medical Sciences, Sehore. He is a versatile academic domain specialist in the area of Management, International Business, Banking and Tourism. He had worked in different front-line positions in reputed organizations prior to his doctoral studies. He is recently designated as Advisory Committee Member - Sri Sankara Institute of Management Studies, Coimbatore.
He has also received grants from AICTE under “GOC Scheme” and for “Student's Project Scheme” from Tamil Nadu State Council for Science & Technology for the THREE consecutive years. Dr. Mahesh has about twenty four years of teaching experience in Marketing Management, International Business, Retail Marketing, Total Quality Management and Logistics Management specialities. He has also published FIVE Indian Patents, Government of India and published TWO Books entitled “Digital Marketing & E-Commerce, TQM.
He has organized number of Management Development Programme's (MDPs), Faculty
Development Programmes (FDPs), Workshops and National Level Seminars etc. He has also
supervised a number of Research & Masters Dissertations and guiding PhD research scholars
currently to his credentials. He is associated with Professional Bodies like ISTE (Indian
Society of Technical Education) and UWA (United Writer's Association, Chennai).
Currently he is working on various projects related to Retail and Service Sector. He has
published several papers in referred Indian and International Journals and has presented
many research papers at several Indian and International conferences/seminars. Eight of
his conference papers have received the “Best Paper Award” at the respective conferences.
